Paddling at one of our Accredited Surfski Schools means that you can be sure to receive the best surfski instruction available. The Surfski School began in the summer of 2002. Over the years the Surfski School has ended up established a winning formula to effectively coach anyone in surfski! What would normally take a person anywhere from months to a lifetime to learn on their own, the Surfski School can teach to you in your first lesson. And after a few lessons like that, you’ll be ready for almost anything.

At the Surfski School we believe that Everyday and Everywhere is a good day, and a good place, to surfski; no matter the weather or conditions or person. If there is water, you can paddle surfski – downwind, no wind, big surf, flat water there is a never a day or a place, that you cannot paddle.
Simple, practical, effective...
All the most important, “need to know” information in a simple, easy to understand (and remember) and practice curriculum, that can be done anywhere. When you come and paddle with a Surfski School, there is a clear pathway to paddling success. Many thousands of paddlers have been through the Surfski School and have left ready to take on the challenge they have set themselves.

MALTA
The Surfski Shack is a surfski club for anybody interested in the sport. It is an off-shoot of the Malta Canoe Racing Club (MCRC) which is a registered voluntary organisation.
The MCRC was opened in 2008 and has proudly supported many athletes to achieve their goals, some of which representing Malta abroad in high level competitions. 2016 saw the opening of The Surfski Shack which would be dedicated to helping paddlers improve their surfski and downwind skills.
The Surfski Shack regularly holds challenges, races, courses and social events for their members and friends.
